Andrea Pratt is a licensed clinical social worker and tobacco treatment specialist in the Perioperative Anesthesia and Surgical Screening (PASS) Clinic at Duke University Health System. She offers tobacco cessation paired with psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment for perioperative patients with tobacco dependence.
She also facilitates an eight-week mindfulness training for smokers group. Andrea earned her graduate degree at North Carolina State University and has prior experience practicing in community mental health and substance use treatment. She is a passionate practitioner who desires to help patients make new connections between their tobacco dependence, mental health, stress management, and habit loops in a nonjudgmental and collaborative space.
