If you do not receive an automated confirmation email within a week of submitting your abstract please email it directly to the admin email (admin@ebpom.org) with the subject title “Abstract competition World Congress – confirmation required”
Abstracts should contain:
Any work is acceptable which is has not been published in a Peer Reviewed Journal by the abstract submission deadline date.
By submitting your work you agree to register for congress if your work is accepted for presentation , both poster and/or oral.
Please ensure when formatting your abstract that:
If you are invited to present your abstract, live or pre-recorded, acceptance of this invitation explicitly includes acceptance that the presentation of your abstract will be made available in recorded form in a manner which will be publicly discoverable on the internet.
Your abstract will also be featured in the relevant Abstract booklet after the event, which will be available to view on the EBPOM website.
Any work (audits, best practice, case reports etc) is acceptable but must not have been published in a Peer Reviewed Journal by the abstract submission deadline date.
Your results must include a summary with appropriate data. The most common cause of rejection in the first instance is not enough data being included.
