Charlotte Holm

Obstetrics and Gynecology, resident at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hvidovre Hospital, Denmark.

Dr. Holm earned her medical degree from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She undertook an Industrial PhD in collaboration between the Faculty of Health at the University of Copenhagen and Pharmacosmos on intravenous iron treatment in the puerperium. Her main research area of interest is iron deficiency and anemia in pregnancy and postpartum, and has co-authored national guidelines and peer-reviewed publications on this subject.

Dr. Holm in currently working as a 4 th year resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hvidovre Hospital, Denmark. She is also the principal investigator of an ongoing clinical trial on treatment of iron deficiency in pregnancy, and supervising PhD students on this subject.
