Dr. Koch is a former surveyor for the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Holds an MBA in finance and marketing from the Fordham University School of Business
