Rebecca Ilic is currently the Clinical Nutrition Manger at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL. She received her undergraduate at The Ohio State University in Medical Dietetics and her Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University. She has been a dietitian for 15 years and in management for 9 years. Rebecca grew up in the Northwest Chicago suburbs with a passion for improving accessibility and quality of healthcare.
She has served as both Regional and System Clinical Nutrition Manager roles mentoring other hospital leadership teams. She has had oversight in developing ERAS protocols and developing services to improve surgical outcomes through nutrition. A few other of her successes have been improving patient satisfaction scores through the nutrition and quality of food served and improving the identification of malnutrition for reimbursement. She also volunteers for the Illinois Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as the State Public Policy Representative.
